Well - there's only two more items left in storage. My big workbench and my band saw. I really appreciate your patience during this transitional time. I'm excited to get the shop ( garage ) in order. Creating a space is just as exciting as making an object. It's where you reflect, ponder, and create. It needs to feel just right'

Most of the post will be from the garage. In moving forward I thought I'd look back a little. For the most part the house projects are done. The pictures are on the shelves. The vegetables we planted having taken root and are starting to grow in the raised beds. The picnic tables are yellow. Yes- yellow. We compromised though and only partially painted them. I think it works., they look great'.

The coop survived a curious young bear looking for eggs. I had to replace the nest box. The new yellow paint has faded to match the old. The chickens are getting big, and are probably a month away from laying eggs. I still have a couple of projects for the house. I need to build some bookcases for the back room. My young entrepreneur son would like me to build him a stand so he can sell fresh eggs and lemonade.
