Yesterday I took the glass tops off of the wine box tables. I'm adding a strip of wood underneath the cleats. The strip is made out of walnut and will compliment the walnut glass holders on the underside nicely. The walnut strip will also elevate the glass top more, allowing it to pivot easier when opened.
