Scrap wood

After a hard day of work in the wood shop there's no better way to unwind then to sit around a fire pit roasting marshmallows with your son.
And - it's a great way to use up all of those small pieces of scrap wood you've been hanging on to.

I decide to leave the small bench as it is. I sanded it with 400 grit wet/dry sandpaper and then burnished it with some steel wool and wax, giving it an aged looked. Now to build the larger bench.
